Utilizing the "Work Your Way Backwards" approach, we teach girls, teens & young women the value of critical thinking, while they address  and provide realistic solutions to their age contingent issues. While teaching them to envision their destiny, identify their personal value and make the most appropriate and effective  decision; in result they will learn a life skill that will help them cope with issues they will face in their adult life.

We understand that the consequences of a young girl, not understanding her true value, how to effectively communicate and work through issues that she encounter can lead to adult issues such as; 

 

Adult Obesity & Health Problems, Becoming Socially Withdrawn, Depression, Suicide

and a never ending Cycle that Continues into the next generation.
